Blogging for www.armyofwomen.org from MySpaWater.com
October is breast cancer awareness month, and today, I’m blogging for my breasts in support of Army of Women.
Many of us have been touched by breast cancer, either personally, or sadly through family, friends or neighbors. As an 18 year Breast Cancer survivor myself, I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone about the importance of Healthy Hydration. Drinking an adequate amount of water on a daily basis (along with a diet of healthy fruits and vegetables) can help to reduce the risk of developing not only cancer, but many other chronic diseases as well.
It is my life goal, through the sales of my Spa Water book to help support the Army of Women and their goal to recruit 1 million women.
It’s free, it’s easy, and it’s something all of us can do to help STOP Breast Cancer before it starts…
Please join me!
A program of the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation, The Army of Women Initiative , is dedicated to recruiting one million women of all ages, ethnicities, with or without breast cancer, to sign up and participate in innovative breast cancer research studies. After signing up at www.armyofwomen.org, members are then contacted via email blast about new studies seeking volunteers. They can either sign-up for the studies online, or if they do not qualify, they are encouraged to forward the information to a friend or family member. Every woman over 18 is welcome to participate, whether a breast cancer survivor or someone never affected. There are currently more than 20 breast cancer studies seeking volunteers through the Army of Women. The full list of open studies seeking volunteers like you are listed.
