Homemade Coconut Spa Water Recipe from MySpaWater.com
Simple, Inexpensive, Low calorie, Refreshing, Amazingly Healthy and no plastic bottle!
We did a little research and discovered that just like Coconut Water (touted as the “natural” fitness water), Coconut Milk is amazingly refreshing and is an absolute reservoir of the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients found in Coconut Water! Our research led us directly to Thai Kitchen where we also discovered that Coconut Milk is basically like a concentrated Coconut Water and diluting Coconut Milk with water not only provides many of the same nutritional elements, but can also be prepared at a fraction of the cost. As an added bonus, Coconut Milk is also considered a natural remedy for an impaired immune system, and an active ingredient in many skin care products, as it is thought to keep the skin healthy and wrinkle free!
