June is National Men’s Health Month. This annual celebration helps to raise awareness of preventable health problems and encourages early detection and treatment of disease among men. One way that we may help prevent disease and unwanted health problems, is to encourage our grandfathers, dads, uncles, brothers, and friends to establish or maintain a healthy hydration ritual.

Citrus Spa Water

Ingredients

  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 bunch of Fresh Mint
  • Water and ice

Directions

  1. Slice citrus fruits. Layer fruit with ice in a large pitcher or beverage server. Place some fresh mint at the top and pour in water.
  2. Serve in wine glasses and accent each glass with citrus slices and fresh mint.
