Question ~

Hello Pam, I just downloaded your app and am only getting a picture and no content. I see that others have had the same problem. Can you tell me how to fix it? The only picture that shows is the same picture on the book cover – it is a glass water dispenser with an iron base and a wine glass in front.  I have a iphone 4S.

“Sorry to hear you have had problems running the app on your phone. It may be that your memory is full. This can happen on the iphone if too many apps are running in the background. You can close open apps by quickly tapping the home button twice. A list of all running apps will appear. Now hold down your finger until a small red “x” appears next to them. Close all open apps to release memory. Also try restarting the phone. Hold down the power key for 5 seconds until the “slide to power off” button appears. ”
